Prohibited Items
Last updated: October 15, 2026
Endo is for emoto bikes, parts, and riding gear. The following are banned. Listing them gets the listing removed and can end your account; some earn a call to law enforcement.
Always prohibited
- Stolen goods. We verify serials where possible, cooperate fully with law enforcement, and permanently ban offenders.
- Items with removed, altered, or defaced serial numbers or VINs.
- Recalled batteries or chargers, damaged/swollen lithium cells, and homemade battery packs without a BMS.
- Counterfeit or trademark-infringing parts and gear.
- Items misrepresented as street-legal, or kits marketed to defeat legally required equipment (lighting, speed limiters where required by law for road use).
- Weapons, drugs, alcohol, and anything unrelated to riding.
- Digital goods, unlocking services, or accounts.
- New tires and wheel-and-new-tire assemblies. Endo currently supports used tires and used wheel-and-tire assemblies only. Inner tubes and complete bikes with fitted tires remain allowed.
- Internationally ineligible items. Whole bikes, lithium batteries and items containing lithium batteries cannot use Endo international shipping. They remain limited to eligible United States delivery or local pickup.
Restricted, allowed with conditions
- Complete bikes: serial/VIN must be intact and photographed on request; ownership documentation where applicable.
- Lithium batteries: must ship per DOT and carrier rules (proper packaging and labeling) or be sold local-pickup-only.
- Performance controllers/kits: must be described as off-road/closed-course use.
