Endo Market

Buyer Protection and Escrow

Last updated: October 14, 2026

The core promise

On Endo, sellers get paid when buyers get their item, or at the first carrier scan for Verified sellers on orders with a seller payout up to $600, and buyer protection covers every order either way. Your payment is held by Endo (via our regulated payment processor), not by the seller, until you confirm delivery, or the seller enters your pickup code at an in-person handoff. The one exception is a shipped order from a Verified seller whose payout is $600 or less, which pays the seller at the carrier's first scan, see How funds release below. Your protection does not change.

What's covered

What's not covered

How funds release

  1. Shipped orders: you tap "Confirm delivery" (or the dispute window lapses after carrier-confirmed delivery).
  2. Shipped orders from Verified sellers: when the seller's payout is $600 or less, the funds are released to a Verified seller at the carrier's first scan of the package. Your buyer protection and dispute window do not change, and if you are refunded after that early release, the amount is recovered from the seller.
  3. Local pickup: you inspect the item, then give the seller your 6-digit code. Their entering it releases the funds.
  4. Disputed orders: nothing moves until the dispute resolves, see the Dispute Policy.

Seller protection too

Sellers are protected from "item not received" claims by platform-generated tracking, from chargebacks on confirmed deliveries, and from return fraud by the 48-hour return inspection window.
